Yes, in spite of everything, they have by far the worst policies of the big 4 and have been implementing them for much longer as well. Xbox died after the 360. There's a reason Vert's entire character is based on that era.

They weren't willing to censor them for Nintendo, why would they censor them for Xbox? Xbox in particular will demand far more changes than just CGs, as you can see in that pic, Gamuzumi said they demanded DIALOGUE changes as well, so not only will the CGs be altered or removed, but most or all of the lewd humor will be gutted as well. At that point, it's not worth it, your fans will not support such a release, on a platform that doesn't even have a significant weeb/otaku base at that.
