It's so obvious they made Yoko horny at the last minute. Aogami getting cucked was so forced, so many opportunities they could've had a happy gay end with a wedding, so many gay bait parts of the story leading up to it. What the fuck is the point of Koshimizu wanting the MC's dick if he dies in both routes and none end with him?
