WTF... is it weaker than Shin? Shin's beam went through buildings instantly like a razor, causing them to literally fall to pieces. This looks like it needed to focus on a specific spot to actually penetrate.
Keep in mind both series take place in 'current day' with modern architecture so this isn't a matter of Shin just attacking shittier buildings.
