Yeah it's hard to one-up season 2 when Teio's irl story is as perfect as it can be, nothing kitasan does can compare to teio's miraculous revival at the Arima Kinen as far as payoffs go.
The setup about reaching one's peak and coming to terms about accepting it isn't bad but it is much harder to empathize when compared to teio beating the odds in the anime.
I do like nice nature senpai in s3 tho

The only thing I didn't like about spe-chan was how much she was glazing suzuka.
But agreed on the rest though, S3 kitasan can't even reach the shadow of spe-chan.

it really is silly when the irl kitasan won SEVEN G1, while in the anime she needs to be comforted by nice nature and she has way more reason to be sad about it KEK
