I can only guess but KH3D uses this proto-Prankster's-Paradise-world-image (with the fat 仮 for tentative) for Destiny Islands and The Mysterious Tower which means that maybe the Sleeping Worlds theme wasn't decided on in the beginning and what's even stranger they made an actual Mysterious Tower world image that wasn't used in the game because the world may have been cut in favor of Symphony of Sorcerer while the world's title animation obviously was kept, same as in KH3 in fact.
