Innana Revenge is a good example of a Ren'Py RPG game with an NTS route. You can either share your slaves or keep them to yourself. The writing is surprisingly good for being a standard fantasy isekai setting.

Broken Sky wants to implement an RPG combat system, but it hasn't yet. What it DOES have is some hot NTS scenes. I particularly liked the one where you whore out your girlfriend to the bartender for a free drink. The setting is fantastic, a futuristic cyberpunk city where you work as corporate security. You can either keep FMC for yourself, share her, have an open relationship, build a harem, or let her cuckold you.
