No, christianity is just an excuse to be homophobic, the last pope was very progressive regarding homosexuals and the latest one seems to be too.
In islam, it's very clearly stated that homosexuality is harem, hence why there's so few progressive islamists and so many extremist non-state actors tearing Africa and the Middle East to shreds over far more lenient topics.
