I want to ask here since I have a question regarding God. The last time I was around Christians I didn't get much of an answer. What is the power of God exactly? I mean it in this sense. Say he has the ability to see the past, present, and future. That means he can be there to witness the birth of a normal boy. However, he knows the future so he knows that seeing this boy, he sees that this boy will never willingly accept God/Jesus into his heart. This implies some weird ideas to me. He knows that mans choices from birth yet still wants people to willingly accept him in their hearts but knows many will never do it. So why damn their hearts to hell if you're so powerful and involved in everything?
Or is the idea of his power that he's omnipresent but not necessarily all seeing? Meaning he's there for everything due to him being God but not able to see the future of everything. That being why he allows the man of his world free choice. So they accept his love because despite his power allowing him so much, he knows not the choices of every man to a T.
The question of how his power works in this regard has concerned me for a while.
Pic only semi-related because it is a quote used in the Bible.
