I want to try some natural supplements like 5htp and St. John's Wort to remove my anxiety but I also tend to drink two, three times per week and I heard that combining them is bad. If I only take them four or five times per week (when I will not drink), will they still have any effect or do I need to take them literally everyday to have effect in time?

We have the option of choosing to become a paramedic too. But it really doesn't matter if they join the military or not. As you said, this is for making everyone understand we're in this together. Women can do a year of nursing or kindergarten teaching. This collective experience will make us more collectivist. There's a study that shows non-Europeans are less willing to fight for their European host country which only strengthens my belief they'll all flee once the first bombs drop.
Because of boomers neglecting our demographics, we'll need to import labor but we'll do it differently than we have before. Instead of importing subhumans to work in high paying jobs, we will retrain ethnic Europeans in low skilled jobs to work in those high skilled labor shortage jobs. That way, the oonly labor we'll need to import is low skilled labor which can be easily deported. What labor we need to import will be temporary for 2 years max. This way, we 1) improve the quality of life of our fellow European brothers and sisters by making them earn more money, 2) prevent high paying jobs going to non-Europeans 3) prevent said non-Europeans from becoming rooted in EVROPA.
There will also be a childlessness tax. The European social model can only work if there is a next generation. Every Europeans duty is to make sure there is a next generation in EVROPA.
