One fucky-wucky that doesn't fit into established lore is the Mag'har Orc Monk you fight in the Alliance version of Battle of Dazar'alor. She claims to have fought a lot of Draenei, but she couldn't possibly have been a monk before having had contact with Pandaren on Azeroth. Not sure how that one is explained.

Other way around. Peak of Serenity hosts students of all skill levels and races. Other temples are more restrictive in their selection. The Temple of the Jade Serpent, for example, only hosts Pandaren. And the Temple of the White Tiger requires a test of aptitude before being admitted. The Shado-Pan Monastery could be considered a temple of its own, with the heaviest restrictions placed upon its candidates. They only take in young Pandaren children during the Trial of Red Blossoms, where the cubs are subject to a trio of lethal, harrowing ordeals that will leave many of them dead. The ones who survive have the illustrious opportunity of joining the order.
