I still like Yusuke Tokitsu's art, but the earlier versions of the designs, both WAKA's really early sketches and the dark style in picrel, look so much more appealing to me. I think the ultimate style of Fuga got really sanitized, especially when Yusuke left and got replaced with Itsuki Hoshi for Fuga 3. The designs of the early versions still weren't as out there as Solatorobo's but were carried hard by art style. The Fuga we got just looks boring, especially in 3.

Malt got the most development and still somehow ended up boring as hell compared to any Tail Concerto or Solatorobo character. He's the oldest! He's the leader!
