While there are a few tedium-based events that require you dick around and wait for specific timepoints, it can be a little tedious if you're not fully understanding what you need to do and continue to bash your head against an obstacle instead of doing something else. I was guilty of this when I first started because I had been conditioned by most modern puzzle games to think that the solution should be at the same location as the puzzle.
