so both parties are at fault. the girl for being negligent, the guy for drawing blood. its a weird situation.
from here i only got stories from of the good guys who tried to comfort the situation and keep it cool.

the girl had her phone in his face and asked for his name (she's VERY allowed to do this.) but the guy is being ultra stuk up and just intimidates her. calls her a bitch somewhere in there.
the guy keeping cool is trying to ask if everything is allright with the old guy after walking the chick to her car. nothing but shit from the old guy, zero cool.
"ok, see you tomorrow"
"you wont come tomorrow becasue your a pussy!"
"ok, both of us are here literally every day."

we'll see if this pans out tomorrow.

frankly i would settle with an apology and call it a day. no need to get paladins involved and go to court and have to wait around for that, and have 12 strangers and a jaded judge make the awkward decision of who is in the wrong fore you.
