Nice. Keep ur anatomy and rendering studies separate from ur motion studies. Putting them together when only one is good will drag the other down and probs isn't an effective way to study. Ur bouncy guy looks pretty good tho, maybe try some stickman / gesture of people doing stuff with their hands. Try a punch or someone picking something up.
