How about now? You guys conviencd me that removing the components isn't really helpful or good for the balance.
Find Familiar could be a fun start since Wizards don't have a 2nd Level Summon Spell- Find Familiar is the best we've got- I borrowed an ability from the 2024 Playtest's find familiar which I thought was neat and fits with the whole conjuration theme, plus at level 14 it happens to combo well with Quick Transposition.
I also made Reinforce a 1/Long Rest, cause Int Mod per LR is way too good in comparison to Twinned Spell or Split Enchantment or Split Transmutation. 1/Day seems fair- could be 1/Short or Long Rest, but lets start small.
