Not prior to the INVENTION of them. Just bc they had been invented didn’t mean there was immediate widespread use. Old Penn station wouldn’t be built in 6 years even with modern tech and as stated in the doc I linked to, more importantly magnificently impressive structures such as Old Penn Station AREN’T built with modern tech. Regardless, we have countless examples of far more impressive architectural feats than Old Penn station which span in location ACROSS THE ENTIRE WORLD ON EVERY CONTINENT and were claimed to have been built many decades prior to, and in some cases centuries or even millennium prior to, the invention of the first power tools. Just read thru the thread and look at some of the examples being posted ffs.

Detractors and critics of mudflood/great reset/new chronology stuff seem to consistently overestimate the available technology of the time while simultaneously underestimating the necessary labor required.
