Thank you dear anon. According to this image I have a dynamic tripod grip. I recently got a new chair (my old one was straight up a dinky old dining chair, this one's a proper office chair) and an ergonomic keyboard/mouse set. Idk if they're helping though, they feel very awkward to use. i'm looking to upgrade my desk next, it doesn't have enough space for my drawing tablet so i'm forced to put it on my lap.It's also way too tall so i can't have my elbows at a 90 degree angle which is what's recommended apparently.....
