Getting along and doing good work requires some communication and that's good on its own but it doesn't justify making everyone comply with communication as a personal hobby and requiring everyone to play the socializing game at platinum level or die ostracized.
Normies want to play the socializing equivalent of "No Items, Fox Only, Final Destination" every hour of every day and never get bored of it, and anyone who doesn't practice perfect wave dashing 12 hours per day is "not one of us" and is ostracized. But how would normies like it if all non normies took their cool inventions and excluded normies from them? No more social media, no more internet, no more transit system, no more mechanized food production, no more climate control?
