Actually, yes, so long as you accept that Flowey is still Asriel. The only argument away from Asriel as Moth-Long is that he was very Sky/Heart when he went onto the surface to deliver Chara's corpse, and that he MAY be in a Corrivality with (You) (though that is a bit too one-sided to be the case imo)
