You pay shipping back to China, the rest is easy. Unless thing is broken and you're in EU (I think), then they will give you a return label.

By case I mean the housing, something that covers the internals of the keyboard. Here's mine. As you can see -- well, actually you can't see switches poking out. It's not necessary, but it adds a bit of structural rigidity (not required, it's a keyboard and not a car) and alters typing sound (for nerds).
