The best selling banners during Sumeru were Nahida and 1/2.x characters (namely Raiden, Ayaka, Hu Tao and Yelan). The problem with the homo banners is that once everyone had those characters there wasn't anyone to pull on. How they handled Neuvillette and Furina was the final nail in the coffin for the game.
