I personally don't give a shit about that. I play a fighting game for the fighting, if I wanted to play a beat em up or whatever other side mode I'd just play a game from that genre. They're nice distractions, but it would be like caring a lot about whether or not a JRPG has a fishing mini-game, if I wanted it that bad I'd just play a fishing game.
