unfortunately dakota's partners pedro pascal and chris evans are bogged charisma black holes that absolutely ruin the experience. the story also loses its pace and ends up absolutely predictable, but that's expected in women writing. sjwism (altho peripheral) is cranked to the max, so overall negatives drowns the few tear-jerking moments
