Forgot to mention:
I amended the table of contents in the epub to include all the stories and not just the cover. Tell me if there's a problem with that.
At first I had the jump marks wrong since p-003.xhtml is the page for i-002.jpg and I didn't immediately realize it since my viewer is showing double pages.
