I dont think "allowed" is the correct phrasing. They want them to do 3d debuts which is a crock of shit and may never happen because Phase pretty much only wants to use 3d for concerts, and when the girls are in the recording studio they are focusing on recording the concert not a channel debut and i don't think phase will fly them to tokyo just for 3d channel debut
