they share a lot of stats where Bakushin's are higher. Of course it would be disingenuous to not point out that Priority is a BIG stat, but when looking at the overall stats they're similar in power which is why they are close in totals for the tierlists.
TLDR on it is that Kitasan Black has much better consistency due to Priority, but Bakushin has much better potential power because if you luck into her spawning on Speed a lot, you'll get more value out of each Speed training you do.
