noob here, how complicated is it to setup a train interrupt for a crude oil train---> to refinery loop to divert to refuel an outposts flamethrowers tank if the tank dips below a certain value. Do I just need to link the onsite tank with green wires to the station on site so the interrupt condition can read its contents too?
