Name calling isn't necessarily ad hominum. It would be if we asserted that you were a fucking retard, and therefor your arguments are invalid. However, if a sound counter-argument is made or a fallacious point is highlighted, then one would be able to conclude that you were a fucking retard without ad hominum.
