Most Star Wars media is total dogass but this exchange is one of my favorite moments in any movie. The double-meaning of it all, the pure heroism in Luke's words, the culmination of his entire arc, and then the most evil man to ever live begrudgingly honoring Luke because he realizes that he is, indeed, the most worthy Jedi he's ever faced (and the only one that's ever been able to push through the manipulation and foil Palpatine's plans).
It's also got further heroism because he's saying that Vader is still a Jedi, still worthy of being saved, and it's that love and desire to save his father that makes him able to overcome the Emperor. Kreia would probably like Luke because he ignored dogmatism and the Jedi Order/Code to fight for what he personally thought was right and for what he loved.
