Does anyone else feel like the non-anglophone internet is just downstream of the anglophone one? Almost every meme and idea there originates from English 4chan/X/dŏuyīn. I have such a hard time trying to be interested in French and German internet for language immerson because it just feels like the English internet five years ago.
