It's worth a playthrough for sure
Lots of stuff to commend it on (good art that fits in well with the original, great music, flowey is extraordinarily well written and most of the minor characters/story details feel like they would have fit in fine in UT itself), but there's a few things that kinda sully the experience (you'll probably know them when you see them).
7/10 I'd say, worth your time
