This is a legitimate comeback, but it makes me wonder if Lilly is indeed supposed to be this, an embodiment of the contradictions of Catholic upbringing, as opposed to a genuinely Christian character (or even basically an angel). I've seen at least 2 Lillyfags who appear to view her as the latter

Then again, as mentioned before in this general, her religious side is never really elaborated upon, possibly because Suriko was afraid of alienating either Christians or non-Christians by actually touching the subject
