the trvth of the matter is all sf games have janky and bad aspects to them but they're all also fun if you like fighting games and don't have a big fragile ego. The issue is people here barely play them, are terrible at them, and have massive egos so they just shit on the newest release while waxing nostalgic about previous sf games and as soon as the next one is out, the previous one that no one plays anymore enters the fake nostalgia zone.
all these games have problems but they're fine and more than that, they're a more pure, traditional multiplayer experience than anything else popular nowadays.
I do love /v/ fighting game threads though because you get to see people who have less than zero idea of what they're talking about trying to act smart while spouting buzzwords, pic related
