It’s already happening. „Social media“ places like reddit went (literally) fascist and normies peer-pressured themselves into collective suicide, through them not being adapted to the information age the web brought, but to monkey status plays. As expected.

It is taking time though, so we might need something less accessible in the meantime. Or maybe just the outside world again, any community that requires actual open-mindedness and curiosity is good
