I just don't get how small a persons existence must be for people who believe the world is flat. I mean, lets think about it at a fundamental level: How many people in the world would have to be in on this conspiracy?
So, all navigational maps are wrong and yet planes, boats, cars seem to navigate just fine. So, every airline and ship captain is in on the conspiracy? You can navigate your local country, quite literally get in a car and measure the distance very simply with a calculator and check the distances with an actual map you can get for free online. So you are in on the conspiracy too or is it just your car or maybe all the maps?
Everyone who works with cartography are in on it. Every one goes to university to study something like architechture has a secret lecture where the proff tells them the world is flat? Do they sign a secret pact with satan on pain of torture if they tell people?
Were already at a point where billions of people would have to be in on it.
Instead of taking simple steps to disprove it flat earthers take some convoluted logic with things they don't understand and claim it's proof. I haven't gotten to the complex stuff for this very reason.
