When did it exactly start to happen? Can you correlate the moment with something that you may have done in the PC (say, some wonky software or driver that might be the cause) before the first symptoms? Check the Event Viewer logs - if some weird shit happened, it shall be duly logged, hopefully. Check the "Administrative Events" view first.
Do you have a habit of opening too much applications (or, to simplify this example: too many browser windows and tabs?). That's the easiest way to exhaust all of that virtual memory (physical + pagefile). It's also possible that some application or driver might cause a memory leak.

Now how did you conduct this was a memory problem at first? Did Memtest86+ fail a pass with the previous modules? How can you be sure the replacement modules aren't also potentially faulty?
