It's a waste of time. As for the therapy thing some psychologist gave me a test and said I had cptsd years ago, but nothing came out of it.

Yes they are, but they won't give it to me anymore after I finished high school since they no longer have a "valid reason" for me to be in "treatment". I got denied.
