Haven't done any exercise since Saturday. I've been sick since Monday. I suspect it's our water again. Feel better today though. Might be able to do something at half-strength and I might be able to do my usual routine in the coming days. Definitely won't be able to go to the dojo this weekend. Sensei told us last week that we will be doing throws and grappling this week. This fuckin sucks....
