Remember, Johnny can only see what V sees, suggesting that the Silverhand in V's head is a physical copy only.
This gives me hope for characters like Rebecca and David, maybe having some sort of afterlife post flatlining. Whether they go to heaven or hell is another story. I subscribe to Isekai timeline where they're fighting in some fantasy world. Maybe Maine, Pilar, and Dorio are there as well.
