mostly correct
all AMD cards use AMDVLK as their vulkan driver
RDNA2 and below use SCPC as their shader compiler, while RDNA3 and above use the industry standard LLVM
(SCPC and LLVM are both pretty slow, ACO on linux is ~60% faster)
for DX9/DX11 RDNA cards use DXNavi, while GCN cards use an older, slower driver
