I have experienced all of this except ailing in my career and getting molested (i was beaten up a fair bit as a kid tho) yet I am fairly successful traditioanlly speaking. it'll take some work but getting your life back on track isnt as hard as it seems. just take one step at a time. easier said than done, but there's no other way tbf
