You're right, it's fun in casual games. My main issue is that so many of our detachments are so keyword-restricted that it's hard to fill out a full 2k list of relevant units. Like I only have 500 points of speed freeks models. Compare it to the majority of space marine detachments where they're worded to apply to any space marine units.
