Seelah and Mongrel:
There's 2 options here. You can make Lann a Priest(You won't be getting Guarded Hearth in Act 1 anyway is its a bit meh) or You can go with Wendu for extra 300 EXP in the maze which results in earlier lvl 3 on your MC and earlier Haunting Mists.
Lann can technically also be built the same way Camellia is due him having same stats! But you must decide on only one of them in the end - Camellia OR Lann because team composition is rather tight here.

She's ranged so she feats perfectly - her strongest build is Shaper Manticore because it has gorillion of attacks. Just don't be greedy with wasting her Shapes and Aspects. It's Unfair and we're wasting 5 times the camps compared to Hard here.
You can also go for Throwing Axes but its not as impressive.

Forget about her Witch levels. Skald Court Poet. Buffs our MC's DC and also buffs CHA for our Skellies - More CHA - More HP(Skellies have Damage reduction so its actually noticeable)

Keep her as Illusionist for now - take heightened and memorize Haunting Mists. Skip Fights with it as much as possible. Make her learn Haste for later as well.
>Ulbrig
Will be our go-to Martial so kick things if something goes wrong. He also carries our things. This guy can lift a ton on his own in Act 2 already!
>Sosiel
Keep him pure. Take Communal Domain Asap. Make him cast Elemental Protection Spells and make him also Summon Dead with lvl 2 and 3 spell slots. He's threatening to leave if we go Lich at certain conditions so we will replace him with Camellia as Domain Spammer later.
Also our MC Lich will be healing via Lich's spellbook and Energy Channel anyway.
