yea thats just messed up. its especially a problem for me because i tend to always answer back to tone whenever someone yells at me, if i think i've done nothing wrong. and nowdays you can get fired for that, no wonder so many people hate working so much. other than the fact that most jobs nowdays are kinda pointless and give no fulfilment whatsoever. and then there's nepotism...
