As a 30 year old virgin, I just do not understand orbiters, or guys who say that men and women can't be friends. In all of the crushes I've gotten and talked with them but was too scared to make a move, all of the conversations we had just made me like them less with time and the infatuation eventually faded. I had no issue ever being friends with them, but in being the eunuch male friend I would ALWAYS find out some shit that made me think "whoa good thing I never made an attempt to elevate this into a relationship"

Likewise I completely understand the women who say they like guys as friends but would never want to date them: I know plenty of girls who are cool "dudes" to hang out with but would never want anything more with them ever
