Very recognizable style, white background with bold sans-serif text (Arial?), sometimes the Mario256 font or something and basic cartoon clipart, often can be sniffed out because he mentions specific guys at TMS, Laura, Anvils, etc
Personally I feel he's very benign. I wish he wouldn't make shit up but I don't believe it's ever done with malice, he just has a very strange worldview. He is passionate about cartoons made before 1990, unlike most /co/fags, and at least he isn't shooting up a supermarket like that other guy
