Molag Bal(or any Daedra really) can still be killed by anyone, but not in the sense that mortals can be. The reason why is that the souls of Daedra(vestiges) and the souls of mortals(animus) are different in function. Unless trapped or otherwise obstructed(like through offerings to Daedra), a mortal animus will go directly to Aetherius on the death of that mortal, where it will stay forever. On the other hand, if a daedra is killed, their vestige goes to the Void, a space outside Aetherius, Oblivion, and the Mundus. The vestige will gradually be pulled back to Oblivion, and when it returns, a form of matter called chaotic creatia will build a new form based on that vestige.
