Giant rats are war beasts with fight in extra rank.
Pacmaster/mm are inf. That must always be placed in the rearmost rank. They have fight in extra rank on their weapons.


Does a pack master inside a giant rat unit gain any rules for being an infantry?

Massed ranks: probably, but irrelevant.
Fighting press: I don’t know the answer here, if he does gain the benefit of being infantry he can technically attack from the third rank? Sort of like an off brand spearman.
If he does not gain the benefit he can only use his attack in the 2nd or first rank.

It’s honestly doing my head in. He’s not even good at attacking I just think it’d be neat if he got to hit one thing before his rats gets minced.
