Farseers are not necessarily the leaders of the Craftworld, it depends on which Craftworld you're looking at it. In Biel-Tan for example they're just advisors. Crudarach being written the way it is adds more evidence to the pile already there that Owlcat writers didn't bother to do even the most basic research on how Craftworlds work and just assumed all of them are Ulthwe lite. Yrliet and the Crudarach Eldar are the worst written "Eldar" in GW history, as a result of Owlcats incompetence. Even Gotos garbage is better Eldar material than Owlcats, that is genuinely how bad it is.
