He's probably very happy considering that so few people in history are able to spearhead their own cartoon, especially one that's very unique in concept (I am not going into execution because lmao). If so I can get that, reminds me how someone said Star Wars gets dragged across the decades and the consequences of doing that is that current Star Wars no longer draws inspiration from samurai and westerns, but only its own lore, and because it draws from itself it loses its original inspiration and ends up becoming this cannibalistic mess that only references itself while forgetting the roots of drawing inspiration from many things and transforming it into something unique.
